Membership

If you join CHA or renew your membership prior to registering to attend the CHA IMPACT conference, you will pay the lowest registration rate for all people in your organisation!  To become a member please CLICK HERE

AHI Awards Dinner at the CHA Impact Conference Dinner$60

The Registration Fee Includes:

  • Entrance to all conference sessions
  • Conference handbook
  • Conference satchel
  • Lunches, tea and coffee breaks

The Registration Fee Does Not Include.

  • The AHI Awards Conference Dinner – this is an additional $60 to attend.

Payment Options

  • Credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
  • Cheque or Direct Credit (choose ‘invoice’ in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details).

Payment Details

  • Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference.
  • Credit card – Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter.
  • Bank Transfer – payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • If you have any problems with your online registration please contact us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.  All registrations are subject to a $100 administration fee. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5.00pm on Thursday 27th April.  After this date refund will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee.  Substitutions will be accepted but should be notified via email to cha2017@confer.co.nz.
